All tickets listed on SoulSearch are verified before being offered for sale. If you experience any issue using your ticket, please contact the SoulSearch Support Team during the expo to activate our Buyer Protection program. If the issue is verified, we guarantee a 100% refund of the amount paid, and we'll do our best to help you gain entry to the expo whenever possible.
After completing your purchase, your ticket will appear in the My Orders page, where you can track your order status and ticket delivery time. Most tickets are delivered within 25 minutes or less, while orders placed during the expo are typically processed instantly.
No. SoulSearch is a secure ticket resale marketplace that verifies tickets and facilitates the transfer of ownership between buyers and sellers. All tickets listed on the platform are owned by independent sellers, while SoulSearch manages the verification and transaction process to provide a safe and reliable experience.
Tickets purchased through SoulSearch are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if you're unable to attend, you can easily list your ticket for resale through the Sell Your Ticket section on SoulSearch, giving another buyer the opportunity to purchase it.
When buying tickets for sold-out expos, dealing directly with unknown sellers can be risky and may result in invalid tickets or financial loss. SoulSearch provides a secure marketplace by verifying tickets and holding payment securely until the ticket transfer is successfully completed. Funds are released to the seller only after the transaction has been completed according to the platform's procedures.
