Vendor Guide

Fill out the vendor application on our Apply page. We review every submission — you'll need an active website with a photo of yourself or your practice. We reserve the right to decline any application. Once approved, you'll receive login credentials via email to purchase booths and speaking slots for any upcoming expo. The application is a one-time step — you don't need to reapply for each event.

We offer two booth types:

• Cocktail Table — a small round table for a single reader or practitioner. Please use the provided table (no substitutions or additions). Cocktail tables are for one person only.
• 6-Foot Table — a standard vendor table for one or more people. If you plan to have more than one person at your booth, you need a 6-foot table or larger. Sharing a booth is allowed.
• 8′ x 8′ Booth
• 10′ x 8′ Booth
• 10′ x 8′ Corner Booth
• 12′ x 8′ Corner Booth

All booths include a table, chairs, and tablecloth. You may bring your own table covering to lay over the one we provide.

Lecture spots are available for purchase at each expo. Each session is 50 minutes long. Sessions run from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the last presentation beginning at 5 PM. After purchasing, you'll select your time slot and submit your talk title and description. All lectures must offer genuine value and teachings to attendees — they cannot be a sales pitch for a product, company, or service.

All booth and speaking slot fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you purchase a booth and do not attend, no refund or credit will be issued.

• Vendor Setup: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Open to Public: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Breakdown: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• A pull-up banner, easel sign, or table sign to promote your services (no pipe and drape is provided, and nothing can be attached to hotel walls or doors)
• A sign-up sheet and timer if you're doing readings
• An extension cord if you need electricity (let us know when you book your booth)
• Your own payment processing setup — we do not handle credit or debit card processing for you
• Business cards, brochures, or other materials to connect with seekers after the event

If you plan to use drums, rattles, crystal bowls, or other sound instruments at your booth, please let us know in advance so we can place you in an appropriate location. No incense, palo santo, or sage burning is allowed at your table due to allergies.

You keep 100% of all revenue from readings, healings, and retail sales. You set your own pricing — readings typically range from $20 to $60 for 15- to 30-minute sessions, but you can charge whatever you'd like. If you sell retail products, you are responsible for collecting and reporting your own sales taxes as applicable.
